A New Direction: We've changed our website's
look a bit and its content a lot
to reflect our company's new focus on our professional tools for computer
forensic examinations. Over the last year,
our Professional P3 product has seen continued
growth in use by Parole and Probation officers at every level of government
and we have developed a Border Security Edition of our ComputerCOP
Professional that is currently being evaluation by the U.S. Treasury
Department for use by U.S. Customs, the Immigration and Naturalization
Service and the department of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms.
Meanwhile, ComputerCOP Forensic continues
to make inroads in the new arena of Field Forensics. The Federal Law
Enforcement and Training Center (FLETC), whose Criminal Investigation Unit
currently uses CCOP Forensic, is considering initiating a course on field
forensics that will include CCOP Forensic. Currently, Forensic users
include law enforcement officers tasked to perform computer examinations,
investigators for district attorneys, fraud examiners, agents for the
Environmental Protection Agency and transit authority agents.
Of course, we will continue to support and develop
our home tools as we believe tools such as ours that give parents
information on their children's computer and Internet activities are vitally
important. We know how important our home tools are to children safety
because you tell us so. Today, more than 3 million copies of our standard
and deluxe products are on computers here in the United States and in Canada
and Australia.
Indeed, our highly success Community Outreach
Program for law enforcement by which police departments and sheriff's
offices throughout the country purchase our standard product at a special
low price to given them to their communities developed from law
enforcement's appreciation of the standard home product. In addition
to the special pricing, we now have a customized
mini-CD version of our standard product that features our Internet
safety video. This version is completely customized for the specific
department from the packaging and CD label to the software
itself.
Finally, we decided to publicize the Investigative
Services division of our company that frankly
has done quite well without us even mentioning that we offer such
field and office computer forensic examination services. From examinations
to consulting to expert testimony, we do it.
