Q: Is ComputerCOP Deluxe an installed product?
A: Our Deluxe product while running off the CD does have a module that is installed. The Keystroke Capture module can be installed in such a way that it does not appear on the taskbar or as an icon on the desktop.

Q: How do I setup the keystroke capture utility?
A: Insert the CD-ROM and when available click on the Chat and Email button. Click on the Install button. Remember to uncheck the box if you do not what the feature to display the ComputerCOP icon on the taskbar. A window will display prompting you to enter words to "catch" during email and chat. Please note, any word or phrase may be entered in the provided spaces. The next time you run ComputerCOP and allow it complete its scan, click on the Chat and Email button to display findings.

Q: I have an older computer and its operating system is Windows 95, will ComputerCOP Deluxe run on it?
A: Yes, ComputerCOP  Deluxe works on all versions of Windows, from 95 through XP.

Q: I want to get the ComputerCOP name off of the taskbar. Can I do that?
A: Sure. Place the ComputerCOP CD in the drive and when available, click on the Chat and Email button. In the Chat/Email window, uncheck the box titled "do not display icon on taskbar."

Q: I put the ComputerCOP CD-ROM in the CD drive and nothing happens; what do I do now?
A: The autorun feature may not be enabled on the computer.

You can launch it manually. Right click on the Start button, scroll to Explore, select the drive associated with CD-ROM drive, double click on Start, Start Setup or Setup to run the program.


Q: Hi, I can't get to a certain website, is ComputerCOP Deluxe blocking me?
A: NO. ComputerCOP is simply a monitor. It does not block, filter or interfere in any way with other applications or Internet access.

Q: I would like to remove ComputerCOP. How do I do that?
A: Locate the "ccop.exe" (Program folder "C:\Programs\Netwolves") file and click delete.
